   ⲡϩⲱⲃ ⲙⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲉϥⲉⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲡⲓⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲅⲁⲣ ϥⲛⲁⲟⲩⲟⲛϩϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉϥⲛⲁϭⲱⲣⲡ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡϩⲱⲃ ⲙⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲡⲓⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲛⲁⲉⲣⲇⲟⲕⲓⲙⲁⲍⲓⲛ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ϫⲉⲟⲩⲁϣ ⲛⲣⲏϯ ⲡⲉ .

   each man's work will be revealed. For the Day will declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself will test what sort of work each man's work is.

   ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲡⲁⲓⲅ ⲥⲉⲥⲙⲟⲛⲧ ⲫⲛⲁϩϯ ϯϩⲉⲗⲡⲓⲥ ⲧⲁⲅⲁⲡⲏ ⲡⲉⲧⲛⲁⲁϥ ⲇⲉ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲓ ⲡⲉ ϯⲁⲅⲁⲡⲏ .

   But now faith, hope, and love remain--these three. The greatest of these is love.

   Being defamed, we entreat. We are made as the filth of the world, the dirt wiped off by all, even until now.

   Don't you know that those who serve around sacred things eat from the things of the temple, and those who wait on the altar have their portion with the altar?

   ⲕⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ⲧⲏⲣⲉⲛ ⲉⲧⲁⲛϭⲓⲱⲙⲥ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲉⲩⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲓⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁⲓ ⲓⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲟⲩⲉⲓⲛⲓⲛ ⲓⲧⲉ ⲃⲱⲕ ⲓⲧⲉ ⲣⲉⲙϩⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ⲧⲏⲣⲉⲛ ⲁⲩⲧⲥⲟⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ .

   For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free; and were all given to drink into one Spirit.

   ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲇⲉ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉϥⲉϯϩⲁⲡ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲗⲓⲟⲩⲓ ⲙⲡⲓⲡⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ .

   But those who are outside, God judges. 'Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.'

   ⲛⲓϧⲣⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲁⲩⲭⲏ ⲛϯⲛⲉϫⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯⲛⲉϫⲓ ⲛⲛⲓϧⲣⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲑⲁⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲭⲱⲟⲩⲛⲓ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛⲁⲕⲟⲣϥⲟⲩ ⲡⲓⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲁϥⲭⲏ ⲛϯⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲙⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲙⲡⲓⲥⲱⲙⲁ .

   Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods,' but God will bring to nothing both it and them. But the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.

   ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲟⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲁⲥ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲛⲟⲩϩⲁⲓ ⲛⲁⲧⲛⲁϩϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲉϥϯⲙⲁϯ ⲉϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲁⲥ ⲙⲡⲉⲛⲑⲣⲉⲥⲭⲁⲡⲓϩⲁⲓ ⲛⲥⲱⲥ .

   The woman who has an unbelieving husband, and he is content to live with her, let her not leave her husband.

   For the body is not one member, but many.

    ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ϩⲱϥ ⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲁϥⲑⲱϣ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧϩⲓⲱⲓϣ ⲙⲡⲓⲉⲩⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲟⲛ ⲉⲱⲛϧ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲉⲩⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲟⲛ .

    Even so the Lord ordained that those who proclaim the Good News should live from the Good News.

    For the unbelieving husband is sanctified in the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified in the husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy.

    Doesn't even nature itself teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a dishonor to him?

    ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲇⲉ ⲁϥⲧⲟⲩⲛⲟⲥⲡⲉⲛϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ϩⲱⲛ ⲉϥⲉⲧⲟⲩⲛⲟⲥⲧⲉⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛⲧⲉϥϫⲟⲙ .

    Now God raised up the Lord, and will also raise us up by his power.

    I don't write these things to shame you, but to admonish you as my beloved children.

    If any man's work remains which he built on it, he will receive a reward.

    ⲡⲓⲯⲩⲭⲓⲕⲟⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲙⲡⲁϥϣⲉⲡ ⲛⲁⲡⲓⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲥⲟϫ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲁϥ ⲡⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ϣϫⲟⲙ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲉⲉⲙⲓ ϫⲉⲁⲩϧⲟⲧϧⲉⲧ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲡⲛⲁⲧⲓⲕⲟⲥ .

    Now the natural man doesn't receive the things of God's Spirit, for they are foolishness to him, and he can't know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

18. bohairic.1Cor_14:14

    ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲓϣⲁⲛⲧⲱⲃϩ ϧⲉⲛⲫⲗⲁⲥ ⲡⲁⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ ⲡⲉⲧⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲡⲁϩⲏⲧ ⲇⲉ ϥⲟⲓ ⲛⲁⲧⲟⲩⲧⲁϩ .

    For if I pray in another language, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful.

    ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲡⲉⲡⲭⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ ⲧⲱⲛϥ ϩⲁⲣⲁ ϥϣⲟⲩⲓⲧ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲉⲛϩⲓⲱⲓϣ ϥϣⲟⲩⲓⲧ ⲟⲛ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲕⲉⲛⲁϩϯ .

    If Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain, and your faith also is in vain.

    Now I beg you, brothers (you know the house of Stephanas, that it is the first fruits of Achaia, and that they have set themselves to serve the saints),

    Don't you know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be!

    ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲁⲑⲛⲁϩϯ ⲛⲁⲫⲱⲣϫ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲫⲱⲣϫ ⲛϥⲟⲓ ⲙⲃⲱⲕ ⲁⲛ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲓⲥⲟⲛ ⲓⲉ ϯⲥⲱⲛⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲓ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲁϥⲑⲁϩⲉⲙⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩϩⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ .

    Yet if the unbeliever departs, let there be separation. The brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases, but God has called us in peace.

    ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲁⲣⲉϣⲁⲛϯϭⲁⲗⲟϫ ϫⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲟⲩϫⲓϫ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲟⲩⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲁⲛ ⲟⲩ ⲡⲁⲣⲁ ⲧⲟⲩⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲁⲛ ⲧⲉ .

    If the foot would say, 'Because I'm not the hand, I'm not part of the body,' it is not therefore not part of the body.

    I speak as to wise men. Judge what I say.

    Yes, we are found false witnesses of God, because we testified about God that he raised up Christ, whom he didn't raise up, if it is so that the dead are not raised.

    ⲟⲩ ϫⲉⲡⲉ ϯⲛⲁⲁⲓϥ ϯⲛⲁⲧⲱⲃϩ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ ϯⲛⲁⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲇⲉ ⲟⲛ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲕⲉϩⲏⲧ ϯⲛⲁⲉⲣⲯⲁⲗⲓⲛ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ ϯⲛⲁⲉⲣⲯⲁⲗⲓⲛ ⲇⲉ ⲟⲛ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲕⲉϩⲏⲧ .

    What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also. I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

    ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲡⲓⲉⲣⲭⲣⲁⲥⲑⲉ ⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉⲧⲁⲓⲥϧⲉ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲁⲛ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲛⲥⲉϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲛϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲛϧⲏⲧ ⲛⲁⲛⲉⲥ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲏⲓ ⲙⲁⲗⲗⲟⲛ ⲉⲙⲟⲩ ⲓⲉ ⲡⲁϣⲟⲩϣⲟⲩ ⲛⲧⲉϣⲧⲉⲙϩⲗⲓ ϣⲟⲩⲱϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ .

    But I have used none of these things, and I don't write these things that it may be done so in my case; for I would rather die, than that anyone should make my boasting void.

    ϯⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲑⲟⲥ ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲉⲣⲉϫⲱⲥ ϣⲏⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲥ ⲡⲉ ϫⲉⲉⲧⲁⲩϯ ⲙⲡⲓϥⲱⲓ ⲛⲁⲥ ⲛⲧϣⲉⲃⲓⲱ ⲛⲟⲩⲉⲣϣⲱⲛ .

    But if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her, for her hair is given to her for a covering.

    ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲛⲧⲉϣⲧⲉⲙⲟⲩⲁⲓ ϫⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲓⲱⲙⲥ ⲉⲡⲁⲣⲁⲛ .

    so that no one should say that I had baptized you into my own name.

    ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲡⲉϥϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲁⲣⲱⲕϩ ϥⲛⲁϯⲟⲥⲓ ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲇⲉ ϥⲛⲁⲛⲟϩⲉⲙ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲇⲉ ϩⲱⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲭⲣⲱⲙ .

    If any man's work is burned, he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, but as through fire.
