Translation
20’ [Fire] of a violent storm! Fire of battle! It grasped a rope, it descended from heaven!
21’ [It devoured] the vast […], it devoured the surrounding reed-thicket, it plucked out the ox from the herd,
22’ it plucked out the sheep from the animal stall, it plucked out the young man from its brothers, it plucked out [the young girl]
23’ from his breast. You are seizing both his arms! You have paralyzed his arms!
24’ Why did you eat his flesh? Why did you gnaw on his bones?
25’ (So) go up into the distant mountains! Eat (its) surplus?and the terebinth!
26’ (So) go down into the reed thickets! Eat the (wood of the) forest and the reed! The išātu-fever, like […]
