In Finkel 1999, 235 the siglum is mistakably written as U. 30501 but corrected below (Finkel 1999, 242).

Translation

The fragmentary situation of the texts does not allow any translation, but for the last two lines: "The incantation is not mine, (it is) the incantation of Ningirim" (see Finkel 1999, 235-236).
