Commentary
20: ib-ba-ni i-na?! šer['im](AB?!.[SÍN?]), if restored correctly, presents the known notion that snakes and scorpions were created in dump and earthly locations, as e.g. in CUSAS 10, 19: 2–3 (scorpion). See also Wasserman 2005a.
