Translation
1'–3' [Šamaš] pulled out the plant of [the mountain]: "What plant [is this?]"
4'-6' The god who brought it down [ate it and it seized] his head, [it seized] his tooth.

10'-11' So-and-so, son of [So-and-so,] whose god is So-and-so, [whose goddess is] So-and-[so,]
