Translation

22–24 The Eye is evil, the Eye is a hunting-net, [the Ey]e is malicious.
25–26 She touched the ..., she [caused] quarrel (in the...).

1'–iv 3 [The incantation is not mine: it is the incantation of Enki and Ningirim], the lady of incantations. Wherever I cast it – there is healing.

4–5 May you (f.) rejoin the eye(s) of your (m.) father and mother!
