Translation

ii 2'­–3' [… Release] the bad wind (and) bad venom of the heart!

ii 4'–7' The incantation is not mine, it is the incantation of Ningirim, the lady of spells. Ningirim has pronounced it; I have cast (it).

ii 8'      Tu-enuru spell.

ii 9'      Incantation (for?) a bloated ox (or) sheep.

ii 10'–14'         The ritual: You throw ⅓ kg of salt into 1 liter of water. You let it drink by placing a funnel (lit. “loudspeaker”) in its mouth and bring your finger into its rump.

ii 15'–16'         You recite to it twice the incantation and it will release (flatulence) through his anus.
