3': The third to last sign looks like either NI or IR.
4': Perhaps a pl. of ṣubītu (CAD Ṣ, 228): ṣubātu “garment, textile” is a difficult fit for the context.
6': Lambert reads ú-ka-a-li. Assuming a D stem of šapālu occurs here, note that a similar reduction occurs with this verb in Rm II 385 obv. i 8'. An Š stem of abālu “to dry” is also possible.
Col. ii'
7': CAD S, 284 (suggesting a possible connection to sindû “from India”), 349. Parallels to this line are in K 5694+ obv. col. ii' 7': ⸢i?⸣-⸢šam⸣-ma mak(KUR)-sin-da-ka; BM 46415 obv. col. 2' 4': i-šá-am-ma ma-AK si-in-da-ka and VS 24, 101: ii' 6' i-šam-ma ma-ak-si-in-da-ku su-[uḫ-su šá tap-pat-ti-i …].
9': The sign read as DUMU! looks more like ŠÚM, but that reading would yield little apparent sense.
