    “Nāhaṁ, bhikkhave, aññaṁ ekadhammampi samanupassāmi yaṁ evaṁ abhāvitaṁ akammaniyaṁ hoti yathayidaṁ, bhikkhave, cittaṁ.

    “Mendicants, I do not see a single thing that, when it’s not developed like this, is as unworkable as the mind.

    An undeveloped mind is unworkable.”
