ⲕⲁⲧⲁⲟⲩϯⲙⲁϯ ⲇⲉ ⲟⲩⲟⲩⲏⲃ ⲛⲁϥⲛⲏ ⲟⲩ ⲉⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲉⲧⲉⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲁϥⲥⲉⲛϥ ⲁϥⲭⲁϥ .
By chance a certain priest was going down that way. When he saw him, he passed by on the other side.

On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, and gave them to the host, and said to him, 'Take care of him. Whatever you spend beyond that, I will repay you when I return.'

ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲇⲉ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ϫⲉⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲓⲣⲓ ⲙⲡⲓⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲁϥ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲁϥ ⲛϫⲉⲓⲏⲥⲟⲩⲥ ϫⲉⲙⲁϣⲉ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲁⲣⲓⲟⲩⲓ ϩⲱⲕ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ .

But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she came up to him, and said, 'Lord, don't you care that my sister left me to serve alone? Ask her therefore to help me.'

ⲁϥⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ ⲛϫⲉⲓⲏⲥⲟⲩⲥ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛⲁⲥ ϫⲉⲙⲁⲣⲑⲁ ⲙⲁⲣⲑⲁ ⲧⲉϥⲓⲣⲱⲟⲩϣ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲉϣⲧⲉⲣⲑⲱⲣ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ .
Jesus answered her, 'Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things,

ϩⲁⲛⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲡⲉ ϯⲭⲣⲓⲁ ⲓⲉ ⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲙⲁⲣⲓⲁ ⲇⲉ ⲁⲥⲥⲱⲧⲡ ⲛⲁⲥ ⲛϯⲧⲟⲓ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲛⲉⲥ ⲑⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲉⲛⲁϣⲟⲗϥ ⲛⲧⲟⲧⲥ ⲁⲛ .

ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉϥⲭⲏ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲙⲁ ⲉϥⲉⲣⲡⲣⲟⲥⲉⲩⲭⲉⲥⲑⲉ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲕⲏⲛ ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲛⲛⲉϥⲙⲁⲑⲏ ⲧⲏⲥ ⲛⲁϥ ϫⲉⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲙⲁⲧⲥⲁⲃⲟⲛ ⲉⲉⲣⲡⲣⲟⲥⲉⲩⲭ ⲉⲥⲑⲉ ⲕⲁⲧⲁⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲓⲱⲁⲛⲛⲏⲥ ⲧⲥⲁⲃⲉ ⲛⲉϥⲙⲁⲑⲏⲧⲏⲥ .
It happened, that when he finished praying in a certain place, one of his disciples said to him, 'Lord, teach us to pray, just as John also taught his disciples.'
11.2
ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉϩⲟⲧⲁⲛ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲁⲛⲉⲣⲡⲣⲟⲥⲉⲩⲭ ⲉⲥⲑⲉ ⲁϫⲟⲥ ⲡⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲉⲧϧⲉⲛⲛⲓⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲉⲕⲣⲁⲛ ⲙⲁⲣⲉⲥⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲧⲉⲕⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⲡⲉⲧⲉϩⲛⲁⲕ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ϧⲉⲛⲧⲫⲉ ⲛⲉⲙϩⲓϫⲉⲛⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ .
He said to them, 'When you pray, say, 'Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come. May your will be done on Earth, as it is in heaven.
11.3
ⲡⲉⲛⲱⲓⲕ ⲉⲑⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲙⲏⲓϥ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲙⲙⲏⲛⲓ .
Give us day by day our daily bread.
11.4
ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲭⲁ ⲛⲉⲛⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲕⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ϩⲱⲛ ⲧⲉⲛⲭⲱ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲧⲁⲛ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲉⲛⲧⲉⲛ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲡⲓⲣⲁⲥⲙⲟⲥ .
Forgive us our sins, for we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.''
11.5
ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉⲛⲓⲙ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲉϥ ϣⲫⲏⲣ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲧⲉϥϣⲉ ϣⲁⲣⲟϥ ⲛⲧⲫⲁϣⲓ ⲙⲡⲓⲉϫⲱⲣϩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲧⲉϥϫⲟⲥ ⲛⲁϥ ϫⲉⲡⲁϣⲫⲏⲣ ⲙⲁ ⲅ ⲛⲱⲓⲕ ⲛⲏⲓ ⲉⲡⲟⲩϣⲁⲡ
He said to them, 'Which of you, if you go to a friend at midnight, and tell him, 'Friend, lend me three loaves of bread,

ϫⲉⲟⲩϣⲫⲏⲣ ⲛⲧⲏⲓ ⲁϥⲓ ϣⲁⲣⲟⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲫⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲫⲏ ⲉϯⲛⲁⲭⲁϥ ϧⲁⲧⲟⲧϥ .
for a friend of mine has come to me from a journey, and I have nothing to set before him,'

ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲧⲉⲫⲏ ϩⲱϥ ⲉⲧⲥⲁϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ ⲛⲧⲉϥϫⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲙⲡⲉⲣϯϧⲓⲥⲓ ⲛⲏⲓ ⲁⲓⲟⲩⲱ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲓⲙⲁϣⲑⲁⲙ ⲙⲡⲁⲣⲟ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲁⲗⲱⲟⲩⲓ ⲥⲉⲭⲏ ⲛⲉⲙⲏⲓ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛⲡⲁⲙⲁⲛⲛⲕⲟⲧ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ϣϫⲟⲙ ⲙⲙⲟⲓ ⲉⲧⲱⲛⲧ ⲛⲧⲁϯ ⲛⲁⲕ
and he from within will answer and say, 'Don't bother me. The door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed. I can't get up and give it to you'?

ϯϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϫⲉⲕⲁⲛ ⲁϥϣⲧⲉⲙⲧⲱⲛϥ ⲉϯ ⲛⲁϥ ϫⲉⲡⲉϥϣⲫⲏⲣ ⲡⲉ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲧⲉϥⲙⲉⲧⲗⲁϫⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲉϥⲉⲧⲱⲛϥ ⲛⲧⲉϥϯ ⲛⲁϥ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲣⲭⲣⲉⲓⲁ ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ .
I tell you, although he will not rise and give it to him because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence, he will get up and give him as many as he needs.

ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ϩⲱ ϯϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϫⲉⲁⲣⲓⲉⲧⲓⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲥⲉⲛⲁϯ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲕⲱϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁϫⲓⲙⲓ ⲕⲱⲗϩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲥⲉⲛⲁⲟⲩⲱⲛ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ .
'I tell you, keep asking, and it will be given you. Keep seeking, and you will find. Keep knocking, and it will be opened to you.
11.10
ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧⲉⲣⲉⲧⲓⲛ ϣⲁϥϭⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲕⲱϯ ϣⲁϥϫⲓⲙⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲕⲱⲗϩ ϣⲁⲩⲟⲩⲱⲛ ⲛⲁϥ .
For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.
11.11
ⲛⲓⲙ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲉⲧϧⲉⲛⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲉⲡⲉϥϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛⲁⲉⲣⲉⲧⲓⲛ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲓⲕ ⲙⲏ ϥⲛⲁϯ ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲛⲓ ⲛⲁϥ ⲓⲉ ⲛⲧⲉϥⲉⲣⲉⲧⲓⲛ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉⲃⲧ ⲙⲏ ⲛⲧⲉϥϣⲉⲃⲓⲱ ⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉⲃⲧ ϥⲛⲁϯ ⲛⲟⲩϩⲟϥ ⲛⲁϥ .
'Which of you fathers, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he won't give him a snake instead of a fish, will he?
11.12
ⲓⲉ ⲛⲧⲉϥⲉⲣⲉⲧⲓⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲱⲟⲩϩⲓ ⲙⲏ ϥⲛⲁϯ ⲛⲟⲩϭⲗⲏ ⲛⲁϥ .
Or if he asks for an egg, he won't give him a scorpion, will he?
11.13
ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϩⲁⲛⲥⲁⲙⲡⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲉϯ ⲛϩⲁⲛⲧⲁⲓⲟ ⲉⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲡⲟⲥⲱ ⲙⲁⲗⲗⲟⲛ ⲫⲓⲱⲧ ϥⲛⲁϯ ⲛⲟⲩⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁⲉϥⲟⲩⲁⲃ ϧⲉⲛⲧⲫⲉ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲣⲉⲧⲓⲛ ⲙⲙⲟϥ .
If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him?'
11.14
ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁϥϩⲓⲟⲩⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲟⲩⲇⲁⲓⲙⲱⲛ ⲛⲕⲟⲩⲣ ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲓⲇⲁⲓⲙⲱⲛ ⲁϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲓⲕⲟⲩⲣ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩⲉⲣϣⲫⲏ ⲣⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲛⲓⲙⲏϣ .
He was casting out a demon, and it was mute. It happened, when the demon had gone out, the mute man spoke; and the multitudes marveled.
11.15
ϩⲁⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲡⲉϫⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉϧⲉⲛⲃⲉⲗⲍⲉⲃⲟⲩⲗ ⲡⲁⲣⲭⲱⲛ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲓⲇⲁⲓⲙⲱⲛ ⲁϥϩⲓⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲛⲓⲇⲁⲓⲙⲱⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ .
But some of them said, 'He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of the demons.'

ϩⲁⲛⲕⲉⲭⲱⲟⲩⲛⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲩⲉⲣⲡⲓⲣⲁⲍⲓⲛ ⲛⲁⲩⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲁⲟⲩⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ ⲛⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲧⲫⲉ .
Others, testing him, sought from him a sign from heaven.
11.17
ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲇⲉ ⲉϥⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲁⲥϣⲁⲛⲫⲱϣ ⲉϫⲱⲥ ϣⲁⲥϣⲱϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲟⲩⲏⲓ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲟⲩⲏⲓ ϣⲁϥϩⲉⲓ .
But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, 'Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation. A house divided against itself falls.
11.18
ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲇⲉ ⲡⲥⲁⲧⲁⲛⲁⲥ ϩⲱϥ ⲁϥⲫⲱϣ ⲉϫⲱϥ ⲙⲙⲁⲩⲁⲧϥ ⲡⲱⲥ ϫⲉⲧⲉϥⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⲛⲁϣⲟϩⲓ ⲉⲣⲁⲧⲥ ϫⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉϧⲉⲛⲃⲉⲗⲍⲉⲃⲟⲩⲗ ϯϩⲓⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲛⲓⲇⲁⲓⲙⲱⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ .
If Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that I cast out demons by Beelzebul.
11.19
ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲇⲉ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ϧⲉⲛⲃⲉⲗⲍⲉⲃⲟⲩⲗ ϯϩⲓⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲛⲓⲇⲁⲓⲙⲱⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲁⲩϩⲓⲟⲩⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲓⲙ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲫⲁⲓ ⲛⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲥⲉⲉⲣⲣⲉϥϯϩⲁⲡ ⲉⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ .
But if I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your children cast them out? Therefore will they be your judges.
11.20

But if I by the finger of God cast out demons, then the Kingdom of God has come to you.
11.21
ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲣⲉϣⲁⲛ ⲡⲓϫⲱⲣⲓ ϧⲟⲕϥ ⲛⲧⲉϥⲁⲣⲉϩ ⲉⲧⲉϥⲁⲩⲗⲏ ϣⲁⲣⲉ ⲛⲉϥϩⲩⲡⲁⲣⲭⲟⲛⲧⲁ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩϩⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ .
'When the strong man, fully armed, guards his own dwelling, his goods are safe.
11.22
ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲧⲉⲟⲩϫⲱⲣⲓ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲓ ⲉϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲉϫⲱϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲧⲉϥϭⲣⲟ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ϣⲁϥⲱⲗⲓ ⲙⲡⲉϥϧⲱⲕ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲛⲁⲣⲉϩⲑⲏϥ ⲭⲏ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϣⲁϥϫⲱⲣ ⲛⲛⲉϥϣⲱⲗ .
But when someone stronger attacks him and overcomes him, he takes from him his whole armor in which he trusted, and divides his spoils.
11.23
ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲛϥⲛⲉⲙⲏⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲁϥϯⲟⲩⲃⲏⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲛϥⲉⲣⲥⲩⲛⲁⲅⲓⲥⲑⲉ ⲛⲉⲙⲏⲓ ϥϫⲱⲣ ⲙⲙⲟⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ .
'He that is not with me is against me. He who doesn't gather with me scatters.
11.24
ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲁⲣⲉϣⲁⲛ ⲡⲓⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁⲛⲁⲕⲁⲑⲁⲣⲧⲟⲛ ⲓⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ϣⲁϥⲥⲓⲛⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛϩⲁⲛⲙⲁⲛⲁⲑⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲉϥⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲁⲟⲩⲙⲁⲛⲙⲧⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϣⲧⲉⲙϫⲓⲙⲓ ⲧⲟⲧⲉ ⲁϥϫⲟⲥ ϫⲉϯⲛⲁⲧⲁⲥⲑⲟ ⲉⲡⲁⲏⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲓⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϧⲏⲧϥ .
The unclean spirit, when he has gone out of the man, passes through dry places, seeking rest, and finding none, he says, 'I will turn back to my house from which I came out.'
11.25
ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϣⲁⲛⲓ ⲛⲧⲉϥϫⲉⲙϥ ⲉϥⲥⲣⲱϥⲧ ⲉϥⲥⲣⲁϩ ⲉϥⲥⲉⲗⲥⲱⲗ
When he returns, he finds it swept and put in order.
11.26

Then he goes, and takes seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter in and dwell there. The last state of that man becomes worse than the first.'
11.27
ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲛⲛⲁⲓ ⲁⲟⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ϥⲁⲓ ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲙⲏ ⲉⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲙⲏϣ ⲡⲉϫⲁⲥ ⲛⲁϥ ϫⲉⲱⲟⲩⲛⲓⲁⲧⲥ ⲛϯⲛⲉϫⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲥϥⲓⲧⲕ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲉⲙⲛⲟϯ ⲉⲧⲁⲩϣⲁⲛⲟⲩϣⲕ .
It came to pass, as he said these things, a certain woman out of the multitude lifted up her voice, and said to him, 'Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts which nursed you!'
11.28
ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲇⲉ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛⲁⲥ ϫⲉⲙⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲅⲉ ⲟⲱⲩⲛⲓⲁⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲉⲡⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧⲁⲣⲉϩ ⲉⲣⲟϥ .
But he said, 'On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.'
11.29
ⲉⲩⲛⲁⲑⲱⲟⲩϯ ⲇⲉ ⲛϫⲉⲛⲓⲙⲏϣ ⲁϥⲉⲣϩⲏ ⲧⲥ ⲛϫⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲧⲁⲓⲅⲉⲛⲉⲁ ⲟⲩⲅⲉⲛⲉⲁ ⲉⲥϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲧⲉ ⲉⲥⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲁⲟⲩⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲟⲩⲙⲏ ⲓⲛⲓ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲧⲏⲓϥ ⲛⲁⲥ ⲉⲃⲏⲗ ⲉⲡⲓⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲓⲱⲛⲁ ⲡⲓⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲏⲥ .
When the multitudes were gathering together to him, he began to say, 'This is an evil generation. It seeks after a sign. No sign will be given to it but the sign of Jonah, the prophet.
11.30
ⲕⲁⲧⲁⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲓⲱⲛⲁ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ ⲛⲛⲓⲣⲉⲙⲛⲓⲛⲉⲩⲏ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ϩⲱϥ ⲡϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙⲫⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲧⲁⲓⲅⲉⲛⲉⲁ .
For even as Jonah became a sign to the Ninevites, so will also the Son of Man be to this generation.
11.31
ϯⲟⲩⲣⲱ ⲛⲧⲉⲥⲁⲣⲏⲥ ⲉⲥⲉⲧⲱⲛⲥ ϧⲉⲛϯⲕⲣⲓⲥⲓⲥ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲁⲓⲅⲉⲛⲉⲁ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲥⲉϯϩⲁⲡ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉⲁⲥⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲉⲁⲧ ⲙⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲉⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲉϯⲥⲟⲫⲓⲁ ⲛⲧⲉⲥⲟⲗⲟⲙⲱⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲓⲥ ϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲉⲥⲟⲗⲟⲙⲱⲛ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲙⲁ .
The Queen of the South will rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and will condemn them: for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold, one greater than Solomon is here.
11.32
ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲓⲛⲉⲩⲏ ⲥⲉⲛⲁⲧⲱⲟⲩⲛⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛϯⲕⲣⲓⲥⲓⲥ ⲛⲉⲙⲧⲁⲓⲅⲉⲛⲉⲁ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲥⲉⲛⲁϯϩⲁⲡ ⲉⲣⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲁⲩⲉⲣⲙⲉⲧⲁⲛⲓⲟⲛ ⲉⲡⲓϩⲓⲱⲓϣ ⲛⲧⲉⲓⲱⲛⲁ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲓⲥ ϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲉⲓⲱⲛⲁ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲙⲁ .
The men of Nineveh will stand up in the judgment with this generation, and will condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, one greater than Jonah is here.
11.33
ⲙⲡⲁⲣⲉ ϩⲗⲓ ⲇⲉ ϭⲉⲣⲉ ⲟⲩϧⲏⲃⲥ ⲛⲧⲉϥⲭⲁϥ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲙⲁⲛϩⲱⲡ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ϧⲁⲟⲩⲙⲉⲛⲧ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛϯⲗⲩⲭⲛⲓⲁ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲛⲧⲟⲩⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲡⲓⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ .
'No one, when he has lit a lamp, puts it in a cellar or under a basket, but on a stand, that those who come in may see the light.
11.34
ⲡϧⲏⲃⲥ ⲙⲡⲉⲕⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲉⲕⲃⲁⲗ ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲉⲡⲉⲕⲃⲁⲗ ⲟⲩⲁⲡⲗⲟⲩⲥ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲉⲕⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲉϥⲉⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲟⲩⲡⲟⲛⲏⲣⲟⲥ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲉⲕⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ϥⲟⲓ ⲛⲭⲁⲕⲓ .
The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore when your eye is good, your whole body is also full of light; but when it is evil, your body also is full of darkness.
11.35
ⲁⲛⲁⲩ ⲙⲏⲡⲱⲥ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⲉⲧⲉⲛϧⲏⲧⲕ ⲟⲩⲭⲁⲕⲓ ⲡⲉ .
Therefore see whether the light that is in you isn't darkness.
11.36
ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲡⲉⲕⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲟⲩⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲧⲟⲓ ⲛⲧⲁϥ ⲟⲓ ⲛⲭⲉⲙⲥ ⲉϥⲉϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲉϥⲟⲓ ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲙⲡⲓϧⲏⲃⲥ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲥⲉⲧⲉⲃⲣⲏϫ ⲉϥⲉⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ .
If therefore your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, it will be wholly full of light, as when the lamp with its bright shining gives you light.'

ⲉⲧⲁϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲁϥϯϩⲟ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲛϫⲉⲟⲩⲫⲁⲣⲓⲥⲉⲟⲥ ϩⲟⲡⲱⲥ ⲛⲧⲉϥⲟⲩⲱⲙ ϧⲁⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲉⲧⲁϥϣⲉ ⲇⲉ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲁϥⲣⲱⲧⲉⲃ .
Now as he spoke, a certain Pharisee asked him to dine with him. He went in, and sat at the table.

The Lord said to him, 'Now you Pharisees cleanse the outside of the cup and of the platter, but your inward part is full of extortion and wickedness.

ⲛⲓⲁⲧϩⲏⲧ ⲙⲏ ⲫⲏ ⲁⲛ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲑⲁⲙⲓⲉ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲟⲛ ⲁϥⲑⲁⲙⲓⲉ ⲥⲁϧⲟⲩⲛ .
You foolish ones, didn't he who made the outside make the inside also?
11.41
ⲡⲗⲏⲛ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ ⲙⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲉⲑⲙⲉⲧⲛⲁⲏ ⲧⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲓⲥ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲥⲉⲧⲟⲩⲃⲏⲟⲩⲧ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ .
But give for gifts to the needy those things which are within, and behold, all things will be clean to you.
11.42
ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲟⲩⲟⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲫⲁⲣⲓⲥⲁⲓⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϯ ⲙⲫⲣⲉⲙⲏⲧ ⲙⲡⲓⲁϭⲓⲛⲛⲥⲑⲟⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲡⲓⲃⲁϣⲟⲩϣ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲟϯ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲭⲱ ⲛⲥⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲙⲡⲓϩⲁⲡ ⲛⲉⲙϯⲁⲅⲁⲡⲏ ⲛⲧⲉⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲁⲥⲙⲡϣⲁ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲁⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲓⲕⲉⲭⲱⲟⲩⲛⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲧⲉⲙⲭⲁⲩ ⲛⲥⲁⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ .
But woe to you Pharisees! For you tithe mint and rue and every herb, but you bypass justice and the love of God. You ought to have done these, and not to have left the other undone.
11.43
ⲟⲩⲟⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲫⲁⲣⲓⲥⲁⲓⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲙⲉⲓ ⲛⲛⲓϣⲟⲣⲡ ⲙⲙⲁⲛϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲓⲥⲩⲛⲁⲅⲱⲅⲏ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲁⲥⲡⲁⲥⲙⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲓⲁⲅⲟⲣⲁ .
Woe to you Pharisees! For you love the best seats in the synagogues, and the greetings in the marketplaces.

ⲟⲩⲟⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϫⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲓ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲛⲓⲙϩⲁⲩ ⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲉⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲁⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲉⲑⲙⲟϣⲓ ϩⲓϫⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲥⲉⲉⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ .
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like hidden graves, and the men who walk over them don't know it.'

One of the lawyers answered him, 'Teacher, in saying this you insult us also.'

He said, 'Woe to you lawyers also! For you load men with burdens that are difficult to carry, and you yourselves won't even lift one finger to help carry those burdens.
11.47
ⲟⲩⲟⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϫⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲕⲱⲧ ⲛⲛⲓⲙϩⲁⲩ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲓⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲏⲥ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲟϯ ⲁⲩϧⲟⲑⲃⲟⲩ .
Woe to you! For you build the tombs of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.
11.48
ϩⲁⲣⲁ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϯⲙⲁϯ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲛⲓϩⲃⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲟϯ ϫⲉⲛⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲙⲉⲛ ⲁⲩϧⲟⲑⲃⲟⲩ ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲕⲱⲧ .
So you testify and consent to the works of your fathers. For they killed them, and you build their tombs.

ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲫⲁⲓ ⲁϯⲕⲉⲥⲟⲫⲓⲁ ⲛⲧⲉⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ϫⲟⲥ ϫⲉϯⲛⲁⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ϩⲁⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲛϩⲁⲛⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲏⲥ ⲛⲉⲙϩⲁⲛⲁⲡⲟⲥⲧⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲉϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲉϭⲟϫⲓ ⲛⲥⲱⲟⲩ .
Therefore also the wisdom of God said, 'I will send to them prophets and apostles; and some of them they will kill and persecute,

Woe to you lawyers! For you took away the key of knowledge. You didn't enter in yourselves, and those who were entering in, you hindered.'

ⲛⲏ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁϫⲟⲧⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲭⲁⲕⲓ ⲥⲉⲛⲁⲥⲟⲑⲙⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛⲫⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ϧⲉⲛⲫⲙⲁϣϫ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲓⲧⲁⲙⲓⲟⲛ ⲉⲩⲉϩⲓⲱⲓϣ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛⲛⲓϫⲉⲛⲉⲫⲱⲣ .
Therefore whatever you have said in the darkness will be heard in the light. What you have spoken in the ear in the inner chambers will be proclaimed on the housetops.

ϯϫⲱ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲁϣⲫⲏⲣ ϫⲉⲙⲡⲉⲣⲉⲣϩⲟϯ ϧⲁⲧϩⲏ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲁⲛⲁⲓ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲛⲧⲱⲟⲩ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲛϩⲗⲓ ⲛϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲉⲁⲓϥ .
'I tell you, my friends, don't be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.

But I will warn you whom you should fear. Fear him, who after he has killed, has power to cast into Gehenna. Yes, I tell you, fear him.

'Aren't five sparrows sold for two assaria coins? Not one of them is forgotten by God.
12.7
ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲛⲓⲕⲉϥⲱⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲁⲫⲉ ⲥⲉⲏⲡ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲉⲣϩⲟϯ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲟⲧ ⲉⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⲛϭⲁϫ
But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore don't be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows.
12.8
ϯϫⲱ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϫⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϧⲏⲧ ⲙⲡⲉⲙⲑⲟ ⲛⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲡϣⲏⲣⲓ ϩⲱϥ ⲙⲫⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛⲁⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϧⲏⲧϥ ⲙⲡⲉⲙⲑⲟ ⲛⲛⲓⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⲛⲧⲉⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ .
'I tell you, everyone who confesses me before men, him will the Son of Man also confess before the angels of God;

ⲫⲏ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϫⲟⲗⲧ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲡⲉⲙⲑⲟ ⲛⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲥⲉⲛⲁϫⲟⲗⲧ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲱϥ ⲙⲡⲉⲙⲑⲟ ⲛⲛⲓⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⲛⲧⲉⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ .
but he who denies me in the presence of men will be denied in the presence of the angels of God.

ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲥⲁⲡϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙⲫⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲥⲉⲛⲁⲭⲁϥ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲫⲏ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϫⲉⲟⲩⲁ ⲉⲡⲓⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲭⲱ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ .
Everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but those who blaspheme against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
12.11
ϩⲟⲧⲁⲛ ⲁⲩϣⲁⲛⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲛⲓⲥⲩⲛⲁⲅⲱⲅⲏ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲁⲣⲭⲏ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲉⲝⲟⲩⲥⲓⲁ ⲙⲡⲉⲣϥⲓⲣⲱⲟⲩϣ ϫⲉⲡⲱⲥ ⲓⲉ ⲟⲩ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲓⲉ ⲟⲩ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁϫⲟϥ .
When they bring you before the synagogues, the rulers, and the authorities, don't be anxious how or what you will answer, or what you will say;

ⲡⲓⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲛⲁⲧⲥⲁⲃⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛϯⲟⲩⲛⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲉⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲉⲛⲏ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲥⲉⲙⲡϣⲁ ⲛϫⲟⲧⲟⲩ .
for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that same hour what you must say.'
12.13
ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲙⲏϣ ϫⲉⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϯⲥⲃⲱ ⲁϫⲟⲥ ⲙⲡⲁⲥⲟⲛ ⲉⲑⲣⲉϥⲫⲱϣ ⲉϩⲣⲁϥ ⲛⲉⲙⲏⲓ ⲛϯⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ .

ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲇⲉ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ϫⲉⲫⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲡⲉⲧⲁϥⲭⲁⲧ ⲛⲣⲉϥϯϩⲁⲡ ⲓⲉ ⲛⲣⲉϥⲫⲱϣ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ .
But he said to him, 'Man, who made me a judge or an arbitrator over you?'
12.15
ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉⲁⲛⲁⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉϩ ⲉⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲁϭⲓⲛϫⲟⲛⲥ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ϫⲉⲛⲁⲣⲉⲡⲱⲛϧ ϣⲟⲡ ⲙⲡⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲡϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲁϥ .
He said to them, 'Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man's life doesn't consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses.'

ⲁϥϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲡⲁⲣⲁⲃⲟⲗⲏ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲛⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛⲣⲁⲙⲁⲟ ⲉⲁⲥⲉⲣϣⲁⲩ ⲛϫⲉⲧⲉϥⲭⲱⲣⲁ
He spoke a parable to them, saying, 'The ground of a certain rich man brought forth abundantly.

He said, 'This is what I will do. I will pull down my barns, and build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods.

ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯⲛⲁϫⲟⲥ ⲛⲧⲁⲯⲩⲭⲏ ϫⲉⲧⲁⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⲛⲁⲅⲁⲑⲟⲛ ⲭⲏ ⲛⲉⲛⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⲛⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲙⲧⲟⲛ ⲙⲙⲟ ⲟⲩⲱⲙ ⲥⲱ ⲟⲩⲛⲟϥ ⲙⲙⲟ .
I will tell my soul, 'Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years. Take your ease, eat, drink, be merry.''

ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲁϥ ϫⲉⲡⲓⲁⲧϩⲏⲧ ⲛϧⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲁⲓⲉϫⲱⲣϩ ⲥⲉⲛⲁⲱⲗⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲕⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϧⲏⲧⲕ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲕⲑⲟⲩⲱⲧⲟⲩ ⲉⲩⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲛⲓⲙ .
'But God said to him, 'You foolish one, tonight your soul is required of you. The things which you have prepared--whose will they be?'

ⲫⲁⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲙⲫⲏ ⲉⲧϩⲓⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉϥⲟⲓ ⲛⲣⲁⲙⲁⲟ ⲁⲛ ϧⲉⲛⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ .
So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.'

He said to his disciples, 'Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life, what you will eat, nor yet for your body, what you will wear.

Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.

Consider the ravens: they don't sow, they don't reap, they have no warehouse or barn, and God feeds them. How much more valuable are you than birds!

ⲛⲓⲙ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲉϥϥⲓⲣⲱⲟⲩϣ ⲉⲧⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ϣϫⲟⲙ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲉⲧⲁⲗⲉ ⲟⲩⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲛϣⲓⲏ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲧⲉϥⲙⲁⲓⲏ .
Which of you by being anxious can add a cubit to his height?
12.26
ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ϣϫⲟⲙ ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉⲟⲩⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ⲓⲉ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲟⲩ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϥⲓⲣⲱⲟⲩϣ ϧⲁⲡⲥⲉⲡⲓ .
If then you aren't able to do even the least things, why are you anxious about the rest?

Consider the lilies, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin; yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

But if this is how God clothes the grass in the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith?
12.29
ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϩⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲕⲱϯ ϫⲉⲟⲩ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲟⲩⲟⲙϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲟⲩ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲥⲟϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲡⲉⲣϥⲓⲣⲱⲟⲩϣ
Don't seek what you will eat or what you will drink; neither be anxious.
12.30
ⲛⲁⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲓⲕⲟⲥ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲓⲕⲟⲥⲙⲟⲥ ⲥⲉⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ϫⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲭⲣⲓⲁ ⲛⲛⲁⲓ
For the nations of the world seek after all of these things, but your Father knows that you need these things.
12.31
ⲡⲗⲏⲛ ⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲁⲧⲉϥⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲥⲉⲛⲁⲟⲩⲁϩⲟⲩ ⲉⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ .
But seek God's Kingdom, and all these things will be added to you.
12.32
ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲉⲣϩⲟϯ ⲡⲓⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ⲛⲟϩⲓ ϫⲉⲁϥϯⲙⲁϯ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲉϯ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛϯⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲟ .
Don't be afraid, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the Kingdom.

ⲙⲁ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲩⲡⲁⲣⲭⲟⲛⲧⲁ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲉⲑⲙⲉⲧⲛⲁⲏⲧ ⲙⲁⲑⲁⲙⲓⲟ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛϩⲁⲛⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲙⲡⲁⲩⲉⲣⲁⲡⲁⲥ ⲛⲟⲩⲁϩⲟ ⲛⲁⲑⲙⲟⲩⲛⲕ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲓⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲡⲓⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲉⲙⲡⲁⲣⲉ ⲣⲉϥϭⲓⲟⲩⲓ ϧⲱⲛⲧ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲙⲡⲁⲣⲉ ϩⲟⲗⲓ ⲧⲁⲕⲟϥ .
Sell that which you have, and give gifts to the needy. Make for yourselves purses which don't grow old, a treasure in the heavens that doesn't fail, where no thief approaches, neither moth destroys.
12.34
ⲡⲓⲙⲁ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧⲉⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲁϩⲟ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲉϥⲉϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ .
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
