10.31
ⲟⲩⲉⲣϩⲟϯ ⲛϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲡⲉ ⲉⲣⲁⲟⲩⲱ ⲉϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲉⲛⲉⲛϫⲓϫ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲧⲟⲛϧ .
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
10.32
ⲁⲣⲓⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲛⲧⲉϣⲟⲣⲡ ⲛⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲓ ⲙⲫⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⲛϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲛϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲉⲁⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲁⲙⲟⲛⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ⲛⲧⲉϩⲁⲛⲙⲕⲁⲩϩ .
But remember the former days, in which, after you were enlightened, you endured a great struggle with sufferings;
10.33
ⲫⲁⲓ ⲙⲉⲛ ϫⲉϧⲉⲛϩⲁⲛϣⲱϣ ⲛⲉⲙϩⲁⲛϩⲟϫϩⲉϫ ⲉⲩⲉⲣⲑⲉⲁⲧⲣⲓⲍⲓⲛ ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲇⲉ ϫⲉⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣϣⲫⲏⲣ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲑⲙⲟϣⲓ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ .
partly, being exposed to both reproaches and oppressions; and partly, becoming partakers with those who were treated so.

ⲕⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲉⲡⲙⲕⲁϩ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲥⲟⲛϩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡϩⲱⲗⲉⲙ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲩⲡⲁⲣⲭⲟⲛⲧⲁ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲟⲡϥ ⲉⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲣⲁϣⲓ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ϫⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲣⲁⲙⲁⲟ ⲉⲥⲥⲟⲧⲡ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲥⲛⲁⲟϩⲓ ϣⲁⲉⲃⲟⲗ .
For you both had compassion on me in my chains, and joyfully accepted the plundering of your possessions, knowing that you have for yourselves a better possession and an enduring one in the heavens.
10.35
ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲡⲉⲣϩⲓⲧϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲁϥ ⲛⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ⲛϣⲉⲃⲓⲉ ⲃⲉⲭⲉ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ .
Therefore don't throw away your boldness, which has a great reward.
10.36
ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲭⲣⲓⲁ ⲛⲟⲩϩⲩⲡⲟⲙⲟⲛⲏ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲁⲛⲓⲣⲓ ⲙⲫⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲓ ⲙⲡⲓⲱϣ .
For you need endurance so that, having done the will of God, you may receive the promise.
10.37
ⲉⲧⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲕⲉⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ϩⲟⲥⲟⲛ ϩⲟⲥⲟⲛ ϥⲛⲁⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲉⲧⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϥⲛⲁⲱⲥⲕ ⲁⲛ
'In a very little while, he who comes will come, and will not wait.
10.38
ⲡⲓⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲇⲉ ϥⲛⲁⲱⲛϧ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲫⲛⲁϩϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲁϥϣⲁⲛϩⲱⲡ ⲛⲛⲉ ⲧⲁⲯⲩⲭⲏ ϯⲙⲁϯ ⲛϧⲏⲧϥ .
But the righteous will live by faith. If he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.'
10.39
ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ⲇⲉ ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ⲛⲁⲟⲩϩⲱⲡ ⲁⲛ ⲛⲧⲉⲟⲩⲫⲱⲧ ⲉⲫⲁϩⲟⲩ ⲉⲩⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲛⲧⲉⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲉⲩⲧⲁⲛϧⲟ ⲛⲧⲉϯⲯⲩⲭⲏ .
But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the saving of the soul.
11.1
ⲫⲛⲁϩϯ ⲇⲉ ⲟⲩⲧⲁϫⲣⲟ ⲡⲉ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲉⲣϩⲉⲗⲡⲓⲥ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲣⲉϥⲥⲟϩⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲛⲧⲉϩⲁⲛϩⲃⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲥⲉⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲛ .
Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen.
11.2
ϧⲉⲛⲫⲁⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲩⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ϧⲁⲛⲓⲡⲣⲉⲥⲃⲩⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ .
For by this, the elders obtained testimony.
11.3
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲧⲉⲛⲕⲁϯ ϫⲉⲁⲩⲥⲟⲃϯ ⲛϫⲉⲛⲓⲉⲛⲉϩ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ϫⲉⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲁⲛ ⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲣⲟϥ .
By faith, we understand that the universe has been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen has not been made out of things which are visible.
11.4
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲁⲃⲉⲗ ⲁϥⲉⲛ ϩⲟⲩⲟ ϣⲟⲩϣⲱⲟⲩϣⲓ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉϩⲟⲧⲉ ⲕⲁⲓⲛ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ϧⲁⲣⲟϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧϥ ϫⲉⲟⲩⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲉϥⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ⲛϫⲉⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲛⲉϥⲧⲁⲓⲟ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲙⲟⲩ ϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲟⲛ .
By faith, Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, through which he had testimony given to him that he was righteous, God testifying with respect to his gifts; and through it he, being dead, still speaks.
11.5
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲉⲛⲱⲭ ⲁⲩⲟⲩⲟⲑⲃⲉϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲉϣⲧⲉⲙⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲫⲙⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲩϫⲓⲙⲓ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ϫⲉⲁⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲟⲩⲟⲑⲃⲉϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲁϫⲱϥ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲙⲡⲓⲟⲩⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲁⲩⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ϧⲁⲣⲟϥ ϫⲉⲁϥⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ .
By faith, Enoch was taken away, so that he wouldn't see death, and he was not found, because God translated him. For he has had testimony given to him that before his translation he had been well pleasing to God.
11.6
ⲁⲧϭⲛⲉⲛⲁϩϯ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ϣϫⲟⲙ ⲉⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ ⲥϣⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲧⲉϥⲛⲁϩϯ ⲛϫⲉⲫⲏ ⲉⲑⲛⲏ ⲟⲩ ϩⲁⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ϫⲉϥϣⲟⲡ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϥⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲣⲉϥϯⲃⲉⲭⲉ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲱϥ .
Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.
11.7
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲛⲱⲉ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲧⲁⲙⲟϥ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲙⲡⲁⲧⲟⲩⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲁϥⲉⲣϩⲟϯ ⲁϥⲙⲟⲛⲕ ⲛⲟⲩⲕⲩⲃⲱⲧⲟⲥ ⲉⲩⲛⲟϩⲉⲙ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲉϥⲏⲓ ⲑⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲉⲣⲕⲁⲧⲁⲕⲣⲓⲛⲓⲛ ⲙⲡⲓⲕⲟⲥⲙⲟⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲟⲥ ⲛⲧⲉϯⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲫⲛⲁϩϯ .
By faith, Noah, being warned about things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared a ship for the saving of his house, through which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
11.8
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ϫⲉⲁⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ ⲁϥⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲉⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲡⲓⲙⲁ ⲉⲛⲁϥⲛⲁϭ ⲓⲧϥ ⲛⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϥⲉⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ ϫⲉⲁϥⲙⲟϣⲓ ⲉⲑⲱⲛ .
By faith, Abraham, when he was called, obeyed to go out to the place which he was to receive for an inheritance. He went out, not knowing where he went.
11.9
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲁϥⲉⲣⲣⲉⲙⲛϫⲱⲓⲗⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛⲧⲉϯⲉⲡⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲁ ϩⲱⲥ ⲙⲫⲱϥ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ⲉⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛϩⲁⲛⲥⲕⲏⲛⲏ ⲛⲉⲙⲓⲥⲁⲁⲕ ⲛⲉⲙⲓⲁⲕⲱⲃ ⲛⲓϣⲫⲏⲣ ⲛⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲟⲥ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲁⲓⲱϣ ⲣⲱ .
By faith, he lived as an alien in the land of promise, as in a land not his own, dwelling in tents, with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise.
11.10
ⲛⲁϥϫⲟⲩϣⲧ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲁⲧϩⲏ ⲛϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲑⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲁⲥ ⲛⲛⲓⲥⲉⲛϯ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲑⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲡⲉⲥⲧⲉⲭⲛⲓⲧⲏⲥ ⲛⲉⲙⲡⲉⲥⲣⲉϥⲑⲁⲙⲓⲟ ⲡⲉ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ .
For he looked for the city which has the foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
11.11
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲛⲑⲟⲥ ϩⲱⲥ ⲥⲁⲣⲣⲁ ϯⲁϭⲣⲏⲛ ⲁⲥϭⲓ ⲛⲟⲩϫⲟⲙ ⲉⲡⲧⲁⲟⲩⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲧⲉⲟⲩϫⲣⲟϫ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲡⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲥⲙⲁⲓⲏ ⲉⲡⲓⲇⲏ ⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉϥⲉⲛϩⲟⲧ ⲛⲧⲟⲧⲥ ⲛϫⲉⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲱϣ .
By faith, even Sarah herself received power to conceive, and she bore a child when she was past age, since she counted him faithful who had promised.
11.12
ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲫⲁⲓ ⲁⲩⲙⲁⲥⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲕⲉ ⲧⲁⲩⲧⲁ ⲉⲁϥⲱϫϥ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲓⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲕⲁⲧⲁⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲛⲓⲥⲓⲟⲩ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲫⲉ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲟⲩⲁϣⲁⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲙⲡⲓϣⲱ ⲉⲧϧⲁⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲛⲥⲫⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲙⲫⲓⲟⲙ ⲉⲧⲉⲙⲡⲁⲩϭⲓⲏⲡⲓ ⲙⲙⲟϥ .
Therefore as many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as innumerable as the sand which is by the sea shore, were fathered by one man, and him as good as dead.
11.13
ⲕⲁⲧⲁⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲁⲩⲙⲟⲩ ⲙⲡⲟⲩϭⲓ ⲛⲛⲓⲉⲡⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲁ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲁⲩⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ϩⲓⲫⲟⲩⲉⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩⲉⲣⲁⲥⲡⲁⲍⲉⲥⲑⲉ ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩⲟⲩⲟⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉϩⲁⲛϣⲉⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲣⲉⲙⲛϫⲱⲓⲗⲓ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ .
These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and embraced them from afar, and having confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
11.14
ⲛⲏ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧϫⲱ ⲛⲛⲁⲓ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲥⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉⲁⲩⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲁⲟⲩⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲟⲩⲙⲁ ⲛϣⲱⲡⲓ .
For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own.
11.15
ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲙⲉⲛ ⲛⲁⲩⲓⲣⲓ ⲙⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲛⲑⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϧⲏⲧⲥ ⲓⲉ ⲛⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲟⲩ ⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⲡⲉ ⲉⲧⲁⲥⲑⲟ ⲉⲣⲟⲥ .
If indeed they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had enough time to return.
11.16
ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲥⲉⲉⲣⲉⲡⲓⲑⲩⲙⲓⲛ ⲉⲑⲏ ⲉⲧⲥⲟⲧⲡ ⲛϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲉⲧⲉⲑⲁ ⲧⲫⲉ ⲧⲉ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲫⲁⲓ ⲛϥϣⲓⲡⲓ ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲛ ⲛϫⲉⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲑⲣⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲛⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲁϥⲥⲟⲃϯ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲟⲩⲃⲁⲕⲓ .
But now they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed of them, to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.
11.17
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲁⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ ⲁϥⲓⲛⲓ ⲛⲓⲥⲁⲁⲕ ⲉϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲉⲩⲉⲣⲡⲓⲣⲁⲍⲓⲛ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲁϥⲓⲛⲓ ⲙⲡⲉϥϣⲏ ⲣⲓ ⲙⲙⲁⲩⲁⲧϥ ⲉϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥϣⲉⲡ ⲛⲓⲱϣ ⲉⲣⲟϥ
By faith, Abraham, being tested, offered up Isaac. Yes, he who had gladly received the promises was offering up his one and only son;
11.18
ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲁϥ ϫⲉϧⲉⲛⲓⲥⲁⲁⲕ ⲉⲩⲉⲑⲁϩⲉⲙ ⲟⲩϫⲣⲟϫ ⲛⲁⲕ .
even he to whom it was said, 'In Isaac will your seed be called;'
11.19
ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲙⲟⲕⲙⲉⲕ ϫⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ϣϫⲟⲙ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲛⲟⲥϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲙⲱⲟⲩⲧ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲫⲁⲓ ⲁϥϭⲓⲧϥ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲡⲁⲣⲁⲃⲟⲗⲏ .
concluding that God is able to raise up even from the dead. Figuratively speaking, he also did receive him back from the dead.
11.20
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲛⲏ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲁϥⲥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛϫⲉⲓⲥⲁⲁⲕ ⲉⲓⲁⲕⲱⲃ ⲛⲉⲙⲏⲥⲁⲩ .
By faith, Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau, even concerning things to come.
11.21
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲓⲁⲕⲱⲃ ⲉϥⲛⲁⲙⲟⲩ ⲁϥⲥⲙⲟⲩ ⲉⲫⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲫⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲛⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ ⲉϫⲉⲛϩⲑⲏϥ ⲙⲡⲉϥϣⲫⲱⲧ .
By faith, Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph, and worshiped, leaning on the top of his staff.
11.22
ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲉϥⲛⲁⲙⲟⲩ ⲁϥⲉⲣⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲙⲡϫⲓⲛⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙⲡⲓⲥⲗ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϩⲟⲛϩⲉⲛ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲛⲉϥⲕⲁⲥ .
By faith, Joseph, when his end was near, made mention of the departure of the children of Israel; and gave instructions concerning his bones.

You have not yet resisted to blood, striving against sin;

and you have forgotten the exhortation which reasons with you as with children, 'My son, don't take lightly the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when you are reproved by him;

ⲫⲏ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧⲉⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲙⲉⲓ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ϣⲁϥϯⲥⲃⲱ ⲛⲁϥ ϣⲁϥⲉⲣⲙⲁⲥⲧⲓⲅⲅⲟⲓⲛ ⲇⲉ ⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧⲉϥⲛⲁϣⲟⲡⲟⲩ ⲉⲣⲟϥ .
For whom the Lord loves, he chastens, and scourges every son whom he receives.'

It is for discipline that you endure. God deals with you as with children, for what son is there whom his father doesn't discipline?
12.8
ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲭⲏ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϯⲥⲃⲱ ⲑⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲉⲣϣⲫⲏⲣ ⲉⲣⲟⲥ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ϩⲁⲣⲁ ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϩⲁⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛⲛⲟⲩϫ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϩⲁⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲁⲛ .
But if you are without discipline, of which all have been made partakers, then are you illegitimate, and not children.
12.9
ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲛⲉⲛⲓⲟϯ ⲙⲉⲛ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲥⲁⲣⲝ ⲛⲁⲩⲛⲧⲁⲛ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲛⲣⲉϥϯⲥⲃⲱ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲛϣⲫⲓⲧ ϧⲁⲧⲟⲩϩⲏ ⲓⲉ ⲛϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲁⲛ ϫⲉⲛⲧⲉⲛϭⲛⲉϫⲱⲛ ⲙⲫⲓⲱⲧ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲓⲡⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲱⲛϧ .
Furthermore, we had the fathers of our flesh to chasten us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much rather be in subjection to the Father of spirits, and live?

All chastening seems for the present to be not joyous but grievous; yet afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been exercised thereby.

ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲫⲁⲓ ⲛⲓϫⲓϫ ⲉⲧⲭⲏ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲫⲁⲧ ⲉⲧⲃⲏⲗ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲁⲧⲁϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲣⲁⲧⲟⲩⲁⲣⲓⲟⲩⲓ
Therefore, lift up the hands that hang down and the feeble knees,

ⲛϩⲁⲛϫⲓⲛϭⲟϫⲓ ⲉⲩⲥⲟⲩⲧⲱⲛ ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϭ ⲁⲗⲁⲩϫ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲛⲧⲉϣⲧⲉⲙ ϯⲙⲉⲧϭⲁⲗⲉ ⲣⲓⲕⲓ ⲙⲁⲗⲗⲟⲛ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲧⲉⲥⲗⲟϫⲥ .
and make straight paths for your feet, so that which is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed.
12.14
ϭⲟϫⲓ ⲛⲥⲁϯϩⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲙⲡⲓⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲁⲧϭⲛⲟⲩϥ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ϩⲗⲓ ⲛⲁⲛⲁⲩ ⲙⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ .
Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord,

ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲟⲙⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲏⲡⲱⲥ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲉϥϣⲁⲧ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓϩⲙⲟⲧ ⲙⲏⲡⲱⲥ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲛⲟⲩⲛⲓ ⲛϣⲁϣⲓ ⲉⲥⲣⲏⲧ ⲉⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲉⲥϯⲙⲕⲁϩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧⲥ ⲛⲧⲉⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ϭⲱϧⲉⲙ .
looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it;
12.16
ⲙⲏⲡⲱⲥ ⲁⲛ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲡⲟⲣⲛⲟⲥ ⲓⲉ ⲟⲩⲥⲁϥϩⲏⲧ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲏⲥⲁⲩ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥϯ ⲛⲧⲉϥⲙⲉⲧϣⲁⲙⲓⲥⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩϧⲣⲉ ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ .
lest there be any sexually immoral person, or profane person, like Esau, who sold his birthright for one meal.
12.17
ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ϫⲉⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲱⲥ ⲉϥⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲉⲉⲣⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲛ ⲙⲡⲓⲥⲙⲟⲩ ⲁⲩϩⲓⲧϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲡⲉϥϫⲉⲙ ⲙⲁ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲉⲣⲙⲉⲧⲁⲛⲟⲓⲛ ⲕⲉⲧⲟⲓ ⲛⲉⲁϥⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲱⲥ ϧⲉⲛϩⲁⲛⲉⲣⲙⲱⲟⲩⲓ .
For you know that even when he afterward desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for a change of mind though he sought it diligently with tears.
12.18
ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ϩⲁⲟⲩⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲛϫⲟⲙϫⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉϥⲙⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲅⲛⲟⲫⲟⲥ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲭⲁⲕⲓ ⲉϥⲫⲟⲛϩ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲥⲁⲣⲁⲑⲏⲟⲩ .
For you have not come to a mountain that might be touched, and that burned with fire, and to blackness, darkness, storm,

ⲛⲁⲩϣϥⲁⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ϧⲁⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲁⲩϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲕⲁⲛ ⲟⲩⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ ⲁϥϣⲁⲛϭⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲡⲓⲧⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲩⲉϩⲓⲱⲛⲓ ⲉϫⲱϥ
for they could not stand that which was commanded, 'If even an animal touches the mountain, it shall be stoned

But you have come to Mount Zion, and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable multitudes of angels,

to the general assembly and assembly of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect,

ⲛⲉⲛⲓⲏⲥⲟⲩⲥ ⲡⲓⲙⲉⲥⲓⲧⲏⲥ ⲛⲧⲉϯⲇⲓⲁⲑⲏⲕⲏ ⲙⲃⲉⲣⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲛⲧⲉⲟⲩⲛⲟⲩϫϧ ⲉϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲉϩⲟⲧⲉ ⲫⲁ ⲁⲃⲉⲗ .
to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better than that of Abel.

ⲁⲛⲁⲩ ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲉⲣⲡⲁⲣⲁⲧⲓⲥⲑⲉ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲏ ⲙⲡⲟⲩϣⲫⲱⲧ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲉⲣⲡⲁⲣⲁⲧⲓⲥⲑⲉ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲙⲁⲗⲗⲟⲛ ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ϧⲁⲛⲏ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲕⲉⲧ ϩⲣⲁⲩ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲓⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ .
See that you don't refuse him who speaks. For if they didn't escape when they refused him who warned on the Earth, how much more will we not escape who turn away from him who warns from heaven,
12.26
ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲧⲉϥⲥⲙⲏ ⲕⲓⲙ ⲙⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲙⲡⲓⲥⲏ ⲟⲩ ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲁϥⲱϣ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲉⲧⲓ ⲕⲉⲥⲟⲡ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ϯⲛⲁⲙⲟⲛⲙⲉⲛ ⲟⲩ ⲙⲟⲛⲟⲛ ⲉⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲛⲉⲙϯⲕⲉⲫⲉ
whose voice shook the earth then, but now he has promised, saying, 'Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also the heavens.'
12.27
ⲡⲓⲉⲧⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲕⲉⲥⲟⲡ ⲉϥⲧⲁⲙⲟ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲉⲩⲟⲩⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲕⲓⲙ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ϩⲱⲥ ⲉⲩⲑⲙⲁⲓⲏⲟⲩⲧ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲛⲧⲟⲩϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲩⲥⲙⲟⲛⲧ ⲛϫⲉⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲉⲕⲓⲙ ⲁⲛ .
This phrase, 'Yet once more,' signifies the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that have been made, that those things which are not shaken may remain.
12.28
ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲫⲁⲓ ⲉⲛⲛⲁϭⲓ ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⲛⲁⲧⲕⲓⲙ ⲙⲁⲣⲉⲛϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ϩⲙⲟⲧ ⲛⲧⲟⲧⲉⲛ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁϣⲉⲙϣⲓ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲉⲛⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩϩⲟϯ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲥⲑⲉⲣⲧⲉⲣ .
Therefore, receiving a Kingdom that can't be shaken, let us have grace, through which we serve God acceptably, with reverence and awe,
12.29
ⲕⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲡⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲟⲩⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲉϥⲟⲩⲱⲙ ⲡⲉ .
for our God is a consuming fire.
13.1
ϯⲙⲉⲧⲙⲁⲓⲥⲟⲛ ⲙⲁⲣⲉⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲥⲥⲙⲟⲛⲧ .
Let brotherly love continue.
13.2
ϯⲙⲉⲧⲙⲁⲓϣⲉⲙⲙⲟ ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲉⲣⲡⲉⲥⲱⲃϣ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲅⲁⲣ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛⲑⲁⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲉⲃϣⲓ ⲁϩⲁⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛ ϣⲉⲡ ϩⲁⲛⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ .
Don't forget to show hospitality to strangers, for in doing so, some have entertained angels without knowing it.
13.3
ⲁⲣⲓⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲥⲟⲛϩ ϩⲱⲥ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲟⲛϩ ⲛⲉⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲙⲟⲕϩ ϩⲱⲥ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲟⲡ ϩⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛⲥⲱⲙⲁ .
Remember those who are in bonds, as bound with them; and those who are ill-treated, since you are also in the body.
13.4
ⲡⲓⲅⲁⲙⲟⲥ ⲧⲁⲓⲏⲟⲩⲧ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ϯϣⲁⲓⲣⲓ ⲧⲟⲩⲃⲏⲟⲩⲧ ⲛⲓⲡⲟⲣⲛⲟⲥ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲛⲱⲓⲕ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛⲁϯϩⲁⲡ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ .
Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.
13.5
ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲣⲟⲡⲟⲥ ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲙⲁⲓϩⲁⲧ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ ⲉⲩⲉⲣⲱϣⲓ ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁϥϫⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲛⲛⲁⲥⲱϫⲡⲕ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲛⲛⲁⲭⲁⲕ ⲛⲥⲱⲓ .
Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'

ϩⲱⲥⲧⲉ ⲉⲛⲧⲁϫⲣⲏⲟⲩⲧ ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ⲉⲛϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲁⲃⲟⲏⲑⲟⲥ ⲛⲛⲁⲉⲣϩⲟϯ ϫⲉⲟⲩ ⲡⲉⲧⲉ ⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛⲁⲁⲓϥ ⲛⲏⲓ .
So that with good courage we say, 'The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?'
13.7
ⲁⲣⲓⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲩⲅⲟⲩⲙⲉⲛⲟⲥ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲙⲡⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲡⲓϫⲓⲛⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲟⲩϫⲓⲛⲙⲟϣⲓ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲛⲓ ⲙⲡⲟⲩⲛⲁϩϯ .
Remember your leaders, men who spoke to you the word of God, and considering the results of their conduct, imitate their faith.
13.8
ⲓⲏⲥⲟⲩⲥ ⲡⲭⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ ⲛⲥⲁϥ ⲛⲉⲙⲫⲟⲟⲩ ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲡⲉ ⲛⲉⲙϣⲁⲉⲛⲉϩ .
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
13.9
ϩⲁⲛⲥⲃⲱ ⲛⲟⲩⲑⲟ ⲛⲣⲏϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛϣⲉⲙⲙⲟ ⲙⲡⲉⲛⲑⲣⲟⲩⲟⲩⲉⲧⲉⲃ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲁⲛⲉⲥ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧⲁϫⲣⲉ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩϩⲙⲟⲧ ϧⲉⲛϩⲁⲛϧⲣⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲉⲙⲡⲟⲩϫⲉⲙϩⲏ ⲟⲩ ⲛϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲛϫⲉⲛⲏ ⲉⲑⲙⲟϣⲓ ⲛϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ .
Don't be carried away by various and strange teachings, for it is good that the heart be established by grace, not by food, through which those who were so occupied were not benefited.
13.10
ⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲁⲛ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲁ ⲛⲉⲣϣⲱⲟⲩϣⲓ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲉⲙⲙⲟⲛⲧⲟⲩ ⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ ⲉⲟⲩⲱⲙ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϧⲏⲧϥ ⲛϫⲉⲛⲏ ⲉⲧϣⲉⲙϣⲓ ⲛϯⲥⲕⲏⲛⲏ .
We have an altar from which those who serve the holy tabernacle have no right to eat.
13.11
ⲛⲓⲍⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧⲉϣⲁⲩⲓⲛⲓ ⲙⲡⲟⲩⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲛⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲫⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲙⲡⲓⲁⲣⲭⲓⲉⲣⲉⲩⲥ ϣⲁⲩⲣⲉⲕϩ ⲡⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲁⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϯⲡⲁⲣⲉⲙⲃⲟⲗⲏ .
For the bodies of those animals, whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest as an offering for sin, are burned outside of the camp.
13.12
ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲫⲁⲓ ϩⲱϥ ⲓⲏⲥⲟⲩⲥ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲛⲧⲉϥⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟ ⲙⲡⲓⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛⲡⲉϥⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲙⲙⲓⲛⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲁϥϣⲉⲡⲙⲕⲁϩ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϯⲡⲩⲗⲏ .
Therefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people through his own blood, suffered outside of the gate.
13.13
ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲙⲁⲣⲉⲛϣⲉ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϣⲁⲣⲟϥ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϯⲡⲁⲣⲉⲙⲃⲟⲗⲏ ⲉⲛϥⲁⲓ ⲙⲡⲉϥϣⲱϣ ⲉⲣⲟⲛ .
Let us therefore go out to him outside of the camp, bearing his reproach.
13.14
ⲙⲙⲟⲛⲧⲁⲛ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲙⲁ ⲛⲟⲩⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲥⲥⲙⲟⲛⲧ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲑⲏ ⲉⲑⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲉⲛⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲱⲥ .
For we don't have here an enduring city, but we seek that which is to come.
13.15
ⲙⲁⲣⲉⲛⲓⲛⲓ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲉϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲛϩⲁⲛϣⲟⲩϣⲱⲟⲩϣⲓ ⲛⲥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲧⲉⲫⲁⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲟⲩⲧⲁϩ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲫⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲉⲛⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲙⲡⲉϥⲣⲁⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ .
Through him, then, let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which proclaim allegiance to his name.

ϯⲙⲉⲧⲣⲉϥⲉⲣϩⲉⲃⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲉⲙϯⲙⲉⲧϣⲫⲏⲣ ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲉⲣⲡⲟⲩⲱⲃϣ ϩⲁⲛϣⲟⲩϣⲱⲟⲩϣⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ϣⲁⲩⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ .
But don't forget to be doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
13.17
ⲙⲁⲣⲉ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲑⲱⲧ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲩⲅⲟⲩⲙⲉⲛⲟⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲛⲥⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧⲟⲓ ⲛϣⲣⲱⲓⲥ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲯⲩⲭⲏ ϩⲱⲥ ⲉⲩⲛⲁϯⲗⲟⲅⲟⲥ ⲉϫⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲛⲥⲉⲉⲣ ⲫⲁⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲣⲁϣⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲥⲉϥⲓⲁϩⲟⲙ ⲁⲛ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲣⲛⲟϥⲣⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ .
Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they watch on behalf of your souls, as those who will give account, that they may do this with joy, and not with groaning, for that would be unprofitable for you.
13.18
ⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲉϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲉϫⲱⲛ ⲡⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲇⲉ ⲑⲏⲧ ϫⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲧⲁⲛ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲩⲛⲏⲇⲉⲥⲓⲥ ⲉⲛⲁⲛⲉⲥ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲛⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲉⲙⲟϣⲓ ⲛⲕⲁⲗⲱⲥ .
Pray for us, for we are persuaded that we have a good conscience, desiring to live honorably in all things.
13.19
ⲛϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲇⲉ ϯⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲉⲉⲣ ⲫⲁⲓ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲛⲥⲉⲧⲫⲟⲓ ϩⲁⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲭⲱⲗⲉⲙ .
I strongly urge you to do this, that I may be restored to you sooner.
13.20
ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲧⲉϯϩⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲓⲛⲓ ⲉⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲙⲱⲟⲩⲧ ⲙⲡⲓⲛⲓϣϯ ⲙⲙⲁⲛⲉⲥⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲓⲉⲥⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲛⲧⲉϯⲇⲓⲁⲑⲏⲕⲏ ⲛⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲡⲉⲛϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲓⲏⲥⲟⲩⲥ ⲡⲭⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ .
Now may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep with the blood of an eternal covenant, our Lord Jesus,
13.21
ⲉϥⲉⲥⲉⲃⲧⲉ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛⲁⲅⲁⲑⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲡϫⲓⲛⲓⲣⲓ ⲙⲡⲉϥⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲉϥⲓⲣⲓ ⲛⲁϥ ⲙⲡⲉⲑⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ ⲛϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲛϧⲏⲧⲉⲛ ⲙⲡⲉϥⲙⲑⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛⲓⲏⲥⲟⲩⲥ ⲡⲭⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲫⲱϥ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲓⲱⲟⲩ ϣⲁⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲓⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲁⲙⲏⲛ .
make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

ϯϯϩⲟ ⲉⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲁⲥⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲁⲣⲓⲁⲛⲉⲭ ⲉⲥⲑⲉ ⲙⲡⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲓϯϩⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲅⲁⲣ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛϩⲁⲛⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ⲁⲓⲥϧⲁⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ .
