Commentary
12 See CAD Š/2, 435b, s.v. šikkūtu. Meaning, no doubt, that a thing which is not in its proper location is useless and helpless.
15–16 Referring perhaps to an unskillful scribe who does not know how to prepare his tablets.
21 The “weapon which comes out”, and the collocation with the donkey, may suggest, perhaps, that a euphemism for the masculine organ is meant here.
