   אין אחת מערי מקלט נעשית עיר הנדחת. כתב הראב"ד לא ידעתי מנין לו זה. אבל הוא בספרי (במדבר ל"ה ד') כתיב ערי מקלט תהיינה, תהיינה לחוס עליהן תהיינה תן ממונך עליהן תהיינה שלא נעשית עיר הנדחת. ומ"ש ברמב"ם באחד שעריך צ"ל באחת עריך:
