Anāpatti—
There is no offense:

chabbassāni karoti,
if he makes one after six years;
- pli-tv-bu-vb-np14:3.32
atirekachabbassāni karoti,
if he makes one after more than six years;
- pli-tv-bu-vb-np14:3.33
aññassatthāya karoti vā kārāpeti vā,
if he makes one, or has one made, for the sake of another;
- pli-tv-bu-vb-np14:3.34
aññena kataṁ paṭilabhitvā paribhuñjati,
if he gets what was made by another and then uses it;
- pli-tv-bu-vb-np14:3.35
vitānaṁ vā bhūmattharaṇaṁ vā sāṇipākāraṁ vā bhisiṁ vā bibbohanaṁ vā karoti,
if he makes a canopy, a floor cover, a cloth screen, a mattress, or a pillow;

bhikkhusammutiyā,
if he has the permission of the monks;
- pli-tv-bu-vb-np14:3.37
ummattakassa,
if he is insane;
- pli-tv-bu-vb-np14:3.38
ādikammikassāti.
if he is the first offender.

Chabbassasikkhāpadaṁ niṭṭhitaṁ catutthaṁ.
